SUGGESTION TIME HAS EXPIRED
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese softened
1 jar dried beef
1 bunch green onions
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic minced
1 box crackers
Soften cream cheese in microwave for 30 seconds. (This makes it easier to combine ingredients)
Cut off the top 3 inches of the green onion stems, place in food processor, combine with dried beef and chop. Leave about 2 tablespoons for garnish. Mix all ingredients in medium mixing bowl.
At this point you can either leave it soft, spoon into a serving dish and sprinkle the remaining beef and onions on top as garnish or form into a ball and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. After the ball has hardened, roll in remaining beef and onions.
Serve with crackers, I prefer Club Crackers.
Does someone you know need a Polish Pottery Vase?
Have it sent to the local florist and have them put a nice arrangement in it and then deliver it for you!
I did this for my mother for Mother’s Day this year and Elizabethtown Florist made a stunning arrangement for the vase.
